What kind of images do you supply?

We offer a range of different images for different types of projects. From nature images and animal photography, to fashion and food & drink, we guarantee we will have something to suit your requirements.

Our process could not be easier! Simply purchase the amount of credits you need, find the image you want and hit download. It will save directly to your device for you to use instantly.

That depends on the amount of credits you have purchased. If you’ve purchased a set amount of credits then you will only have that amount to download, whereas our subscriptions renew your credits each month.

Our images are supplied by our amazing photographers who work all around the world. We are constantly sourcing new imagery to ensure we are able to supply the highest-quality photographs for your use.

What are credits?

Credits allow you to download images from our website. You will usually purchase a set number of credits or a subscription which will give you credits each month which you can then use to download images.

You can either purchase a set amount of credits, or sign up for one of our subscriptions. When you buy credits once they’re gone they’re gone, whereas our subscriptions will renew your credits each month.

If you have run out of credits, simply sign in to your account and head to the checkout. Here you will have an option to repeat your previous purchase or buy more credits.

Unfortunately, if you have used your allotted credits then we will not be able to offer a refund. However, there are instances which we will consider eligible for a refund providing you have not used all your credits.

Due to the online nature of our business, payment is process through our secure checkout system, ensuring your data is protected at all times. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

How do I create an account?

You will need to sign up for an account before you can purchase credits. We will ask for some personal information during the process, including things like your name and date of birth.

Head over and sign in to your account and navigate to the personal information section. Here you will be able to edit and update your billing address, along with any card details we have on file.

If you wish to cancel your account, then please get in touch with the team. Please bear in mind that if you have any remaining credits, these will not be refundable unless in extenuating circumstances.

Click the ‘forgot password’ button when you go to sign in and enter your email address. Check your inbox after a few minutes and click on the link to reset. It’s as simple as that!

You can view your order history in your account. Simply sign in and you will be able to see all your previous orders as well as your billing information and personal details.

How do I download images from LenzLibrary?

Downloading images could not be easier. Once you have you credits added to your account, simply find the image you would like and hit the download button. It will save straight to your device.

Yes absolutely! We offer a range of licences that cover individual and commercial se so that you can use your images for a variety of projects. If you’re not sure which license you need, get in touch.

Check you have credits left to use and that you are logged in to your account so that you can use them. If it still won’t download, please get in touch so we can resolve the issue.

To download more images, you must first purchase more credits. Log in to your account to buy or top up your credits and then you will be able to download the images as normal.

You can download the same image more than once but since you have a limited number of credits, we’d advise that you save the image to your device once you’ve downloaded it.
